Setting the Tone for a Positive Dental Experience

We Want You to Always Feel Welcomed and Comfortable
From the moment you walk in to our office we want you feel welcome and comfortable. Our staff will start with a warm greeting, get you checked in and make sure all of your patient information is complete as needed prior to your appointment. During your appointment, we will set out to capture a full picture of your current oral health, while continuing to make you feel comfortable and to ease any anxieties you may have about visiting the dentist. We go out of our way to treat all of our patients like family.
Your visit will likely include the following steps:
Digital X-Rays – To gain insight into your current oral health, we will need get a complete set of x-rays to identify any potential issues from tooth decay and gum disease to trouble areas and misalignments.
Open Discussion – Next, Dr. Heine/Dr. Dhruva or Dr. Morrison will meet with you and talk about your dental goals and any concerns you may have about your oral health. Together, you will also review any troubling areas or concerns that appear on your x-rays.
Thorough Dental Exam – The doctor will also conduct a thorough oral exam of your mouth, teeth, gums and underlying structure to further identify any potential issue or concerns.
Treatment Plans – After the exam, your doctor will gladly answer any questions you may, talk about any areas of concern and discuss recommended treatment options for improving your maintaining your oral health.
After your appointment, during check-out, our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about payments, insurance and future treatments. We can submit your insurance claims for you and provide estimates for any treatment options you may be considering.
We will also schedule your next appointment, whether it’s a routine check-up six months later or a series of follow-up appointments for treatment. If you need back-to-back appointments or to schedule multiple family members in one visit – just let us know and we will work with you to set appointments that work within your schedule.
